Clay Hand

I’ve got a very good mark for this hand on my modeling class.

It’s a lot bigger than a regular hand. It’s about 40 centimeters in length.

A Human Finger

I wasn't really trying to make it look good. I was just fooling around in my Art school.
I've made an exact copy of my thumb out of gypsum.
When I understood that it looks pretty awesome, I have decided to paint it.
That was one of the first thing I've done out of gypsum.

Clay Modeling

Now I study in a the Design and Art School in Riga called RDMV. But before that, I went to the preparatory courses, and I've got a modeling lessons there. So here is some stuff I made during the school year:

maple-leaf

cauliflower

the snail shell

I wasn't taking care of it, so it spoiled. it was much better, I swear :)

apricot pit

doesn't look even. looks like my palm changed a bit during a year.

The Dog

When I was about 10 years old, my mom had some kind of decoration or something in the shape of a dog.
I don't remember why, but I liked how it looks so much, that I made one myself, for me. I made it out of a cardboard, glue and stuff that a 10-year-old boy could find in his room.

Another mini amp

Yet another portable and compact amplifier for listening music while having a picnic or skating in the streets. It's powered with four AA battaries, last for about 20 hours.
It is unfinished project, the painting isn't fully done. But all the electronics are working, giving a great sound.

The volume controls are linear. Each one controls one of the speakers.
So you can control the balance between the left and the right chanels.

McToilet

Me and my friend, we where sitting at the McDonald's, in the summer at about 4:30 in the morning. There were no people in McDonald's, I was bored, but we had to sit there and wait for a train for about three hours. I hadn't got anything with me, but I managed to entertain myself with just a coffee cup, paper bag and my imagination.

As I said,  I hadn't got anything with me. No duct tape or glue used :)

fascinating..

So I left it in McDonald's, on a table just in front of the entrance.

Punk Phone

Once, I fed up with my Nokia n73. I had it for a long time, so there was a lot of scratches all over it, and it looked terrible at that moment. And I've decided to renew my old, crappy phone.

I haven't painted it itself. I have drawn the image on the sticker-paper. Actualy I just made a sticker and sticked it to my phone. I have drawn it with color pencils, not acpecting that it will last more than a week. But it was ok even after four mounth. Unfortunately I've got used to this look my phone had, so when it finaly lost its color and started to come off, I forced myself to make anoter one sticker. And after two mounth another one.
Fortunatly, now I've got a new phone, and there's no scratches on it,... yet.

Coffin Guitar Amp

Yes, that’s a mini guitar amplifier in the shape of a coffin :)
Difference between my mini amp and those that you can by in a shop is that mine is really a "mini" amp. And also it's not overloaded with unnecessary stuff, like LEDs and volume knobs.

And the biggest difference is that it connects straight to the guitar, without any wires or something.
It works on a 9 volt battery, so you don't need an adaptor.
You just plug it in, turn it on and rock out!
Pretty simple, isn't it? That’s how the mini guitar amp should work!

Two Guitar Mixer

Pedal-mixer with two inputs and one output.
My friend had only one guitar amplifier at home so I had to make something fast, so we can play together.
Of course I've put switches into it, so it looks better.
Than I've painted it.
And I've made a bottom out of Plexiglas, so I can see if something happened to the wiring.

It works as it should, but not good enough.
